July 4th Menu

A half Wilson Ranch steer is in process, aging right now at Elly Violini's shop in Salinas.
Finally! We have our signature Wagyu flap from Mishima Ranch. Flap is a relatively obscure cut that is tender and delicious. It will be ready later today for around $13-14 per pound.
We have local salmon....the season is closed for two weeks
Tomorrow we will have super fresh local halibut

Rockwell Ranch spring lamb Moroccan-style stew (orange peel, olives, eggplant, etc) $12
Mesquite grilled leg of spring lamb sandwich with pickled spring onions and tzatzuki $8
