Good news/bad news day......6 June Menu

Very possibly the last week for cherries (sad emoji) this year. We have Brooks and Bings from Fred Minnazzoli.

Monterey Bay wild fresh salmon $16 per pound. Nobu marinade. Or not.

Amanda’s cold smoked Monterey Bay salmon $12 for 200 grams (a lot)

Local salmon or halibut (poached in duck fat) with white bean salmon and halibut cassoulet $10 
Cachagua-style (not Phil's from Moss Landing) $12 (prawns, scallops, clams, salmon, rockfish, halibut, etc) 
Dry pack Maine diver scallops $24 (8-10 per pound; two is a serving in a restaurant; one is enough for Amanda and I).
Ceviche of super fresh local halibut ceviche (Behrs (sp) limes, Meyer lemon, Cara Cara orange, etc) $8

Roasted Borba Farm cauliflower with Schoch Junipero cheese and yoghurt, Muia extra virgin Carmel Valley Village olive oil $5

Amanda’s kale salad with her amazing sesame dressing $5

Cachagua Store beet salad with coconut/chevre dressing $5

Hog Farm organic brussels sprouts with Nueske's bacon and Han Kook Market kim chee $8

Cheese and mac Lokal-style $4  Jane Flower romaine lettuce as Cachagua Caesar (with Momie's dressing) or with Juan's cassis vinaigrette $4 (The lettuce is free, you pay for the dressing).



Strawberry/Rhubarb compot with Carl's cake or
