26 June Menu

We have a new Rockwell Ranch lamb legs for roasting, etc. A half Wilson Ranch steer is in process.
We have local salmon....the season is going to close for two weeks on Tuesday.
Amanda will be smoking salmon (local) tomorrow morning.

Rockwell Ranch spring lamb Moroccan-style stew (orange peel, olives, eggplant, etc) $12

Spring lamb Bo Kho (Vietnamese lamb stew with lemongrass, ginger, etc) $12

Monterey Bay wild fresh salmon $20 per pound. Nobu marinade is $16 per pound filet.


Local salmon or halibut (poached in duck fat) with white bean salmon and halibut cassoulet $10 

Dry pack Maine diver scallops $24 (8-10 per pound; two is a serving in a restaurant; one each is enough for Amanda and I).
